The Double City
Beeno! The opening line made me think of Lion King, when Mufasa was telling Simba whatever the light touches was their domain.
Then the ending of the poem also struck me. It makes me think of the Hobo King, or The King of the Sewer - ruler of the underground.

Oh yeah, lion king does have some Dioscuri going on for sure, and hobo king is right 🎭
