What can a poet do with a gun? Unite two things unlikely What can a politician do with a poem? Genocide What can the dead do with politics? Keep silence What can silence do with a poet?

Benno! Great poem, but your shooting is shit :) you gotta tighten up that pattern, get a closer grouping, and eliminate those strays.
:) I used to do some competitive shooting.
Benno! I've never shot a gun before, I can only imagine the feel.
I liked, "but I have also learned / female strategies" and later on, "I've never felt so ignorant, / like a man oblivious / of woman seductions." because it tied in the feminine to a symbol so often attributed to the masculine. The dualistic nature of the gun is fascinating.
Then, I really liked, the questions at the end. Although a politician has the power to do genocide the poem needs to be created first.
Hope all is good!
